harassment and stocking by police....

this morning as i typed the earlier blog richland police drove by at 6:oo am in the morning... on private property, ( which is really owned by government. want a little proof? when I moved here all utilities were owned by private business. then when sold the last time, city of richland took over, electric, water sewer and trash.... all three... if rural we would have voted on annexation,but no.....it was just bought by ...u.s. government which loves to rub in my face the evil gotten away with and how done after the fact... lets see, could be owned by department of agriculture , and phony name on the owners bill. that is why after they got heather to move to fathers house, jim and office lady
